How Much Alcohol is Present?
It is recommended by the CDC to use Alcohol-Based Hand Rubs (ABHR) with at least 70% Isopropyl Alcohol to effectively reduce the number of pathogens (bacteria, germs, or microorganisms that can cause diseases) that may be present on your hands or in non-living surfaces. That is why Holy Hands 1 Gallon Alcohol Refill is composed of 70% Isopropyl Alcohol to increase the effectiveness of the alcohol when used. It is guaranteed to kill 99.9% of disease-carrying bacteria, fungi, and viruses.

Current Situation
Studies have shown that the coronavirus can live on surfaces for hours or even days at a time depending on the surface. It can however be effectively inactivated with the use of disinfectants with at least 60% Ethyl Alcohol or 70% Isopropyl Alcohol, among other ingredients.
